Perform patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in accordance with state guidelines

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab results

Provide patient education and counseling on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment options

Collaborate with physicians and other care team members to coordinate patient care

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records

Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Clinical experience as an NP or strong RN background with relevant specialty exposure

Knowledge of current clinical practices, protocols, and regulatory requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and care teams

Ability to work independently while collaborating in a multidisciplinary environment
