- Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and report any changes to RNs or physicians.
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other clinical procedures.
- Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure patient comfort.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold safety protocols, including infection control procedures.
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted LVN license
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
- Experience: Previous LVN experience
- Certifications: BLS certification (required).
- Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
