What You’ll Do:
- Assist seniors with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support safe mobility and transfers using gait belts or other equipment as trained
- Accompany participants to and from appointments or activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support in both home and day center environments
- Document care provided and report changes in condition to clinical staff
- Follow established care plans and safety procedures
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 6 months of experience providing personal care to seniors or individuals with disabilities
- Comfortable assisting with bathing, dressing, and other personal needs
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to follow care directions closely
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual in Cantonese or Spanish a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
