Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Unit
Join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to patients on a fast-paced Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) unit. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll play a critical role in managing patient care, monitoring progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes.

What You'll Do:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals on the Med/Surg unit.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions, perform regular assessments, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about post-discharge care, medications, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide life-saving care as necessary.
What You'll Bring:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Previous experience in a Med/Surg unit is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
