Job Description
Pediatric Physician
As a Pediatric Physician, you’ll provide comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents, focusing on preventive health, developmental support, illness management, and behavioral health needs. You’ll work as part of a collaborative care team to deliver compassionate, whole-person care while guiding families through all stages of their child’s growth and development.

What You’ll Do
- Perform physical exams and developmental screenings for patients from birth through adolescence
- Provide preventive care, including immunizations and health education
- Diagnose and treat a range of childhood illnesses, infections, and injuries
- Collaborate with behavioral health specialists to support emotional and developmental needs
- Educate families on growth, nutrition, safety, and treatment plans
- Coordinate care with nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals
- Follow clinical protocols and best practices to ensure quality and safety
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Participate in ongoing training and contribute to clinical quality improvement
What You’ll Need
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatrics residency
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatrics
- Active or eligible medical license in the state of practice
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort caring for diverse pediatric needs
- Clear, empathetic communication skills with patients and families
- Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation standards
