Physician Assistant – Outpatient and Occupational Health Setting

About the Role
As a Physician Assistant, you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient environment. Working alongside a collaborative clinical team, you'll diagnose and treat a range of conditions, support patient education, and contribute to the overall quality and efficiency of care delivery. What You’ll Do
  • Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays, EKGs, and labs
  • Perform procedures such as wound care, suturing, injections, and immunizations
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical findings
  • Counsel patients on health maintenance, condition management, and follow-up care
  • Document patient encounters in a timely and accurate manner using EMR systems
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinic leadership to support quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies
  • Contribute to staff education and training, and serve as a clinical resource within the team

What You’ll Need
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (Master’s level)
  • Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant
  • NCCPA certification (PANCE)
  • Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain
  • At least one year of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine preferred
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and standard outpatient procedures
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary care team
  • Commitment to providing patient-focused care in a high-volume clinic environment
