- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other clinical procedures.
- Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Document patient care accurately in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Ensure patient safety by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted LPN license
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Experience: Previous LPN experience
- Certifications: BLS certification (required).
- Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.
