Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Hospital-Based | Full-Time

About the Role:
You’ll administer and monitor anesthesia for a wide range of procedures and actively participate in patient care before, during, and after surgery. From pre-op evaluation to postoperative reporting, you’ll be involved in the entire continuum of anesthesia services. This includes procedures outside the OR, such as intubations and arterial line placements.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct and document pre-anesthesia assessments
Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgeons to plan care
Administer IV, spinal, and other anesthetics based on patient needs
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition
Perform and chart procedures done outside the OR (as ordered)
Participate in patient handoff and care coordination with the PACU team
Maintain complete and accurate records in compliance with policies
What You’ll Need:
Active CRNA certification and license in the state of practice
Experience providing anesthesia services in hospital settings preferred
Competency in procedures such as intubation and arterial line placement
Comfort managing patients across a range of surgical procedures
Attention to detail and strong documentation habits
